The band's original members will play their debut album, the multi-platinum, self-titled release "Asia," in its entirety, during a concert at the Capitol Theatre.
Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. concert are on sale for $69 to $85 through the Ruth Eckerd Hall ticket office. The venue's website says tickets are no longer available online, but can be purchased by calling (727) 791-7400.
Asia's debut became the biggest selling album of 1982, spawning the hits "Heat of the Moment," "Only Time Will Tell," and "Sole Survivor," and selling more than seven million copies.
The original four members of Asia, guitarist Steve Howe, vocalist John Wetton, drummer Carl Palmer and keyboardist Geoff Downes, first reunited in 2006 to celebrate the British group's 25th anniversary. Their latest album, "XXX," was released in July.
